A. - You are to upload recent pictures of yours. The pictures must be morally decent, attractive and good-quality. It's strongly forbidden to post landscapes, drawings, animals, other people's photos, and nudity. We review all uploaded photos and reject those that do not meet our requirements.

A. - There are several reasons for that. The most part of our female clients do not speak English well and use the translation service. A. - The first thing you should do is not to send any money! The second thing is to report a lady who asks you for money. It is forbidden to ask for money on Bride4Dreams and such actions are considered as scam.

Payments and Credits

Q. - What should I do to use all your services (messaging, live chat, etc)?

A. - You should first buy some credits.

Q. - What are credits and how do they work?

A. - If you are serious about using our site's services, you should purchase some credits. Credits are a kind of virtual currency for making payments on our site. Credits work in a manner of a pre-paid telephone card. You can pay as you go with no membership or additional fees. All prices for the services are listed in credits. Having purchased some credits, they will never expire.

Q. - How do I buy credits?

A. - Click on "Buy Credits" in your account menu and choose the amount of credits you want to buy. The more credits you buy the more discount you get. Your account will be credited immediately after you pay and you can be always aware of your credits balance in your account.

Q. - What kinds of payments you accept?

A. - Normally we accept Visa and Mastercard cards. If you are unable to pay with your plastic card . We can find an individual payment solution for you if the methods above are not convenient. For further details contact our support.

Q. - I bought xxx credits today but these have not been added to my account. I have a successful payment but no credits showing! Where are my credits?

A. - The reason your account remains still not credited is that your last transactions got under review and were held. The review process may take up to 24 hours. During this time we unable to add credits to your account. Legitimate payments are not usually held this way save fraudulent transactions. It may be related to your location that was changed recently or your using another person's computer. Our site processes only completed payments and we cannot process the transaction until it is fully cleared and all holds are removed. So if you face a such situation inform us and be patient.

Q. - Will you charge my credit card automatically after my first payment?

A. - We never charge your credit card automatically without your will. Only you can buy credits when needed and only in this case you are charged.

Messaging

Q. - Is it possible to make attachments to letters on the site?

A. - You can attach photos - 3 photo per letter. Other kinds of attachments will not get through.

Q. - May I send my email or other contact info in my letters?

A. - It's forbidden by our policy to send your contact information (emails, phone numbers, etc) in your letters. Our filtering system will anyway cut out this information and your profile can be deactivated. You can get your lady's contact information in a different way. See "How do I receive the contact details of a lady from the site" question below.

Q. - I sent a letter but now I want it to be removed so that my lady could not read it. Can you help me?

A. - Yes, we can remove the letters you sent. You should tell us the dates when they were sent. Note, your account will not be credited after letters removal.

Q. - I speak a bit Russian. May I write letters in Russian with Cyrillic characters?

A. - Yes, our site fully supports Cyrillic characters and you can communicate in Russian or Ukrainian.

Live Video Chat

Q. - I am interested in your Live Chat service and want to try it. What should I do?

A. - You should make sure that you have a broadband internet connection and you have Adobe Flash Player installed on your system. You should beforehand get familiar with the chat rules and interface description. Optionally, you may get a webcam connected to have a 2-way video stream. After that you can start using our live video chat.

A. - Select a lady you want to chat with by clicking on her name and write her a Hello. If you accept a lady's invitation the chat session is started automatically.

Q. - How do I watch a woman?

A. - Just click on the button "Start watching woman" if it turns active. Note that the woman you would like to look at needs to have her webcam on.

Q. - How do I let the women see me?

A. - You can let a certain woman see the video from your webcam only when you are having an active chat session with her. Active chat sessions are indicated by a running timer. To start broadcasting yourself you should first press the button “Start broadcasting yourself”. 

Q. - How do I finish online chat and stop being charged?

A. - To finish your chat session with a certain woman you should click “End chat”  . Note that you can still watch the lady after closing a session with her! On closing Live Chat page all active sessions and video streams are automatically aborted.

Q. - How much does Live Video Chat cost?

A. - The cost of online text chat is one credit per minute. The cost of one way video streaming service (that makes it possible to see ladies on their webcams or broadcast yourself) is one credit per minute. Each service is billed separately.

Q. - I have problems with video chat. It is not working or is working not properly. How can I solve this problem?

A. - It seems like you have an old version of your browser or some necessary components are not installed. Contact our support and describe the problem with all details. We will help you make it work.

Q. - If I am on video chat with a lady, is it possible for someone else to look at my video without my leave?

A. - No. Nobody can view your private video.

Q. - Where are these women accessing the online services and Video Chat, at home or a mutual gathering place?

Contacts and Real-Life Meetings

Q. - Can a lady give me her private info in chat or mail ?

A. - No, it’s not allowed by our rules. Plus if she does so her profile will be deleted forever with no right to renew membership at Bride4Dreams. If you want to start communication with any lady at Bride4Dreams you need to buy her personal details via website.

Q. - How do I receive contact details of a lady from the site?

A. - To receive contact details of the lady you should first open the lady's profile, click the button "Request Contact Info" and follow the instructions. After that your request for obtaining contact information will be forwarded to one of our agents in Ukraine / Russia and if the lady does not mind sharing her contact info with you, you will get the reply soon. The reply contains the lady's full name, her postal address and her mobile number.

Q. - What do I need to send a request for contact details of a lady?

A. - In order to send a request for a lady's contact information you need to write  her.

Q. - Why do you require   letters  for requesting lady's contact details?

A. - We respect our ladies' privacy and never disclose their contact details without their leave. Every time men send requests for contact details, we have to ask our ladies for permission. If a lady does not feel like sharing her contact details with a man, his request is declined. The huge part of declines takes place because a lady does not know a man enough.

Q. - Is it free to send a request for lady's contact information?

A. - No, we charge 1500 credits for sending a request for contact info. We take this fee for our agent's work. The administration of the site does not have contact information of the ladies. Each time you request someone's contact details, we forward your request to Ukraine/Russia to one of our agents. The agent must get in contact with the lady, specify her actual contact details and get her permission of sharing her information with you.

Q. - I have requested contact details of a lady X. When will you send the information to me?

A. - Usually it takes 3-10 days for our partner in Ukraine to contact the lady to specify her contact details and to ask her permission on sharing her contacts with you. Sometimes it may take up to a 10 days. Please be patient. If you did not get the reply shortly, 1500 credits will be returned.

Q. - I have requested the lady's contact details but never received any reply. What is going on?

A. - Most likely our notification containing the details was lost in your mailbox or was deleted by spam filter. Contact the support to clear it up.

Q. - The lady's contact details you gave me are not correct. What to do?

A. - Do not hesitate to contact . Though we check through contact details we give to men, sometimes errors occur. Usually it is a matter of a few days to get contact details corrected. Bride4Dreams  never contacts ladies from the site personally. Contact details of a lady are provided by one of our agents in Ukraine or Russia. We have to rely on our agents in this matter and ready to return credits if an email is wrong.

Q. - How am I supposed to come and see the lady I like?

A. -   You can get lady's contact details through the site and arrange a trip to her on your own. In this case we do not assist, you and your girlfriend should be ready to make all arrangements. This is the cheapest but not much convenient variant. 

Q. - I know the address and phone of the lady I'm going to come to. Should I apply to your Website for help?

A. - In fact it is up to you. You can come on your own and spend time with the lady you like. 

Q. - Can you help me arrange airplane tickets?

A. - Unfortunately, we cannot. We also do not know what are the costs for airplane flights. You should get tickets by yourself.
